A "Zafu" is a round meditation cushion, often used with a "Zabuton" (mediation mat) to cushion the knees and ankles. A "Seiza Bench" is what Christians may call a "prayer bench" -- much kinder to the knees than a kneeler, [as] it supports one's backside.
