What kind of power would you need to overcome this obstacle? Why is this such a difficult thing to do? Well, a ninja trying to climb this ladder not only has to do something like a pull-up (no easy feat) he has to end the pull-up with enough vertical velocity so that he can be “airborne” long enough for him to move the bar to the next level. Really, this is the part that makes it tough and this is the part that I want to calculate the power for. Let’s go.
MatlabBGL is a Matlab package for working with graphs. It uses the Boost Graph Library to efficiently implement the graph algorithms. MatlabBGL is designed to work with large sparse graphs with hundreds of thousands of nodes.
SUBDUE is a graph-based knowledge discovery system that finds structural, relational patterns in data representing entities and relationships. SUBDUE represents data using a labeled, directed graph in which entities are represented by labeled vertices or subgraphs, and relationships are represented by labeled edges between the entities. SUBDUE uses the minimum description length (MDL) principle to identify patterns that minimize the number of bits needed to describe the input graph after being compressed by the pattern. SUBDUE can perform several learning tasks, including unsupervised learning, supervised learning, clustering and graph grammar learning.
