It highlights the gendered dimensions of domestic work, shedding light on its impact on womens empowerment and well being. Additionally, the abstract delves into the existing literature, discussing key research findings and gaps in understanding domestic work dynamics. The paper concludes with an analysis of prevailing policies and legal frameworks governing domestic work, addressing their effectiveness and potential areas for improvement.
