Completing a project within the scheduled time frame and estimated cost is the most challenging task any modern construction manager faces. Whenever he accomplishes this task effectively and efficiently then only the project is said to be successful one. Oracle's Primavera P6 is an effective tool for determining an ideal schedule for construction activities. This project serves as a perfect reference frame for scheduling different High Rise Buildings. All the important steps like creating an EPS, creating a WBS, linking of activities according to their interdependence and availability of resources, reduction of float values, and determination of Critical Path are clearly exhibited in this report.
