Abstract
In our opinion, semantic networks can be used to provide a description of scientific models. Such a description is just as effective as a mathematical description. This article presents a description of some quantum effects in the language of frame semantic networks. The following questions are considered: the double-slit experiment, the uncertainty principle, quantum entanglement, and Bell's test. For each topic, a mathematical description is given, a description in the language of semantic networks, and the results of simulation experiments are given. The object-oriented simulation language UML2 SP is used to describe semantic frame networks. Software, related software documentation and experimental results are available on the GitHub service.
