In the study, the statistical data of the USA, Europe and developed countries of Asia were analyzed that human capital develops the country faster and more intensively than any other areas. Also, conclusions and suggestions on the development of human capital have been given in Uzbekistan, identifying the characteristics and characteristics of talented young people.
