The aims of this study consist in analysing some difficulties by medical texts form German into Spanish and in proposing some translation strategies to solve them. The work´s method is based on the linguistic, textual and communicative realization of a scientific language and on checking the properties by this text pattern: objectivity, clearness, intelligibility and economy.
