Abstract

The baseline of the GALEX All Sky Survey was completed in 2007. GALEX/AIS covers 26000deg$^2$ (˜63\% of the Sky) and provides broadband imaging in two UV bands (near-UV in the 1770-2730A spectral range and far-UV in the 1350-1780A range). GALEX obtained 197 images on the Taurus molecular cloud for a total coverage of ˜200deg$^2$ (see Figure 4). (1 data file).
