It researched the socio-economic and cultural history of the Surkhan oasis in the 30 years of the 20th century based on the materials of the oasis press in this article. It can be emphasized that the establishment of the Surkhan oasis press and the materials that were illuminated mainly focused on the restoration of agriculture. As well as that It is widely covered information about the reforms that were carried out in public education, the health care system, and the cultural bleaching of the oasis.
