Back Propagated Neural Network algorithm was implemented to take advantage in developing a learning behavior in system and Genetic algorithm was implemented for data optimization. Going into the details of this research paper, we briefly discuss the implemented methodology in the form of software application i.e. Optimal Data Classifier (DOC), using Java programming language. Furthermore we describes two performed experimentation processes using two different datasets with DOC, and presented observed results helping in improving learning and data optimization behavior.
