Among the causes for the increased demand for orthopedic therapy with removable dentures, inadequate oral cavity hygiene and patients' lack of timely access to the dentist continue to rank first. Furthermore, the problem of imperfection of materials and technologies employed in the construction of dentures plays an essential part in the degradation of the dental system.
