Several factors distinguish these systems from one another. In fact, each of these systems is based on a separate paradigm, resulting in a disorganized and unstructured vision. As part of our research, we attempted to categorize them based on the functionalities provided by each system, and we also proposed a model of annotations that integrates both the health professional and the patient in the process of annotating the medical file.
