The changes that “Technologies of the Information and Communication” are generating in new formation environments are diverse: ways in that the teachers and students communicate… In this article we base our exposition in changes that concerns to the literacy concept, and an approach to the skills, capacities and the students’ formative necessities. To conclude, we will make allusion to some references on the research in environment of digital literacy, as well as to results obtained through diverse studies in this respect that will make us understand the type of necessary digital skills for students of the XXI century.
