This great book provides simply a deep insight overview on various aspects and challenges related to land development in different countries e.g. Sub-Saharan Africa. The contemporary knowledge of various possible practices being implemented within a set of different countries offers a great resource of inspiring new path forward structures regarding new concepts for continuously improving land development strategies which do and will meet current and future objectives. Appropriate methodologies and approaches are framed and very well described and annotated in different easy to go through chapters each of them full of valuable information regarding anything relevant related to the incredible land development challenge. if i have to recommend a book for getting familiar with the "science du foncier" i would highly recommend this textbook.
